Picto is an advanced icons, glyphs and (resource) bitmaps viewer and editor. The program has a lot of graphical effects and unique features for software developers.

Nice and user-friendly interface.
View all (resource) bitmaps, cursors and icons in BMP, JPG, ICO, ANI, CUR, DLL, EXE, ICL, CPL, BPL, OCX, SCR, RES and DCR-files.
Properties window with all information about the current file and images (number of images, size, colorpalette, ...) displayed in a treeview.
Save images as BMP/JPG (with different colorpalettes and compression).
Save images as ICO with 16 or 256 colors (16x16, 32x32, 48x48).
Edit images with a range of graphical effects (rotate, mirror, create disabled image, convert to greyscale, contrast and brightness, create bevel, color balance, soften and sharpen, emboss, add shadow, ... ) using a transparent color.
The edit window also contains a small painting program to draw lines, rectangles, circles, ...
Create a special glyph (=small bitmap for buttons) containing 2,3 or 4 images showing a status of a button (up, disabled, clicked, down). This glyph can be used for TSpeedbutton or TBitBtn components in Delphi or C++ Builder.
Add images to a TImageList, change the order and set the properties. Afterwards this TImageList can be pasted in Delphi or C++Builder.
Generate HTML pages to catalogue your images with hyperlinks.
Resize or crop big bitmaps to the size of an icon.
Capture a part of the screen with a fixed size (16x16, 20x20, 32x32, 48x48, ...).
Change the background image of the desktop (tile, center, stretch).
Change the system icons (my computer, recycle bin, printers, ....)
Copy images to the clipboard as a bitmap, TBitBtn, TSpeedButton or TImage.
Internal copy, move, delete, rename features for files.
A lot of options for viewing images, organizing the interface, links to file paths, copying of Delphi/C++Builder components, links to external editors, ...

This package contains everything a delphi programmer needs, when it comes to bitmaps and icons (all free). Also included is a simple program that previews the files on a button, and makes it easy to copy them in your project directory. This package contains 1600 bitmaps to make great forms (backgrounds, buttons, graphics, etc), 2900 usefull hi-quality icons, and 2000 average-low quality icons. Everything is neatly sorted in many directories. All the bitmaps and most of the usefull icons are 256 colors. Takes up 35mb unziped.

Store individual pictures in a Paradox table. Allows any kind of image picture because it does not use ftGraphic data type for the column which will store the graphic but it use ftBlob instead and implements virtual method to get a image preview (for Bitmap, Icon, Metafiles, JPEG, Enhanced Metafiles, CompuServe GIF Image files). Also allows you to define multiple categories, to define image's description, category name, and also a keyword use to locate the image in database. Windows drag & drop support allows the end user to select files from Windows and drag & drop to collection grid. Also allows the end-user to specify the folder which contains picture files or subfolders containing picture files and automatically scan them, automatically creates collections for them and includes the founded picture files into collection.

File of Help - The help file was modified by virtue of the alterations accomplished in this version. Now the help is integrated into the application and it can be worked inside of any of this.

Fusion Grafix viewer offers all the viewing capabilities of ACDSee of abit more besides. I developed it because I have become so frustrated with how bloated other Viewing software has become (even of a Thunderbird 1Ghz+133 Ram and 2UDMA 100 drives). At just over 500k Fusion Grafix Viewer must be one of the smallest quality viewers available. AND BEST OF ALL ITS FREE :)

The DCU32INT utility, Version 1.6

This program can parse the Delphi 2.0-6.0 and Kylix 1.0 units (DCU) and convert their information into the close to Pascal form. NEW for this version is support of Delphi 6.0 and Kylix 1.0 units.

DCU32INT stands for DCU32 INTerface, because the program can't extract the complete Pascal source, but the extracted unit interface is almost correct (with some restrictions). Besides from the unit interface, the DCU32INT utility extracts the unit implementation part and disassembles the code of procedures using a very basic i80x86 disassembler.

This program have passed successfully the "parse all .\LIB" test for all the supported by it Delphi and Kylix versions, i.e. it have parsed all units in the <DELPHI LOCATION>\LIB directory with no errors reported. [more]
