| Is a multipurpose GUI-to-Command-Line utility that writes script-files. You can create the files .RC, .RES and a Res-Only-DLL. The scripts are then sent via command line to the compilers to create the Resource-File Constructing a resource file becomes tedious when you need to add files from multiple sources and or find multiple file-types - not to mention setting compiler parameters. ResWriter also, utilizes a cabinet-scripting tool in which you can compress your file(s) and include them into your application as resources. In addition, ResWriter comes with a small Icon-Extraction tool. Clicking on a file reveals the number of icons contained within a file. | Splish-Splash! is a utility for generating irregular polygons for use in splash screens. It traces the area of a bitmap surrounded by a solid background color (taken to be the color of the lower-left pixel) and outputs the Delphi code for creating the matching region. | SmartTranslate is not a component, it is a standalone tool which helps you translating a Delphi project to other languages. In the first step, it collects all strings in the Pascal code and Delphi forms and stores them in a database. After all strings are translated, which can be done inside SmartTranslate, it can replace all strings of the original language with the corresponding strings of another language. Strings that appear in more than one project have to be translated only one time. Once SmartTranslate knows all necessary strings, you can transfer a project to another language within one minute. In comparison to other localizing tools, SmartTranslate stores only the strings of one language in an executable (which produces much smaller executables) and does not need any changes on your project. There is also no need to collect stings in a Stringtable resource. SmartTranslate is freeware, source code is available for $49.
