My name is Alexey Dynnikov, I am a Delphi developer, I am listed at
DSP since 1999. Could I ask you to help me? The thing is that one guy
is trying to sale a stolen copy of our own product:

understand that you need solid arguments to do it, please find all
necessary information below.

We sell a product named "ShellPlus Components", it is a
development tool for Delphi and C++ Builder developers so registered
users receive complete source code of our product. Sure our license
directly prohibits creation of competitive solutions that use our code
as well as distribute any part of our source code. This product is
listed at DSP:

Recently we've found that one china guy has released his "own" version
of the similar product. We've performed an investigation and it
occurred that this "new" product is a slightly modified copy of an
older version of our own one. I would like to note it especially: it
is not a "clone" or "similar product", it is a stolen product. The

It proves that our source code was stolen and reused to create a
pirated copy and release it as an "independent" product.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions
regarding this problem. I would be glad to supply you any information

archive and help us to stop this piracy activity.
