*.upl file is a simple MS Windows ini file containing informations required to add your upload into DSP database automatically. This simplifies uploading process _VERY_ much as I am not forced to dig in your archive seeking various informations.

I wrote ( in Delphi of course :) ) tool called UPLBuidler for creating *.upl files for you and made this freely available for anyone ( with sources ). It is available from resources area. There are three versions of this file:

• upl_dbn.zip non-database version, all groups & categories are retrieved from provided *.dat file ( yet another MSWindows ini file )
• upl_db.zip database version, all groups & categories are retrieved from DSP database, which is available as a separate download: dsp_db.zip.
• uplbuils.zip full source version, compatible with all 32bit versions of Delphi, you can create any of these two UPLBuilder version by just one switch. Please do note that you have to install all aditional components being used by this softawre.
