When you upload files to DSP ( or just store information about your file in DSP database - say filelink instead of uploading file itself ) it is assumed that you agreed for DSP distibution of your files including planned DSP CDROM release, without any further asking you for permission of doing so. Therefore all information you add in your archive about conditions of adding your files to shareware collections CDROMs will be simply ignored.
