This component realizes a neural radial basisfunction-network (RBF-network) with three layers (input, RBF, output). The centers of the RBF-layer can be adjusted randomly, as set of the training data, or with the k-means-clustering algorithm. The training of the output weights is done using delta rule. The input of training and test data is possible via textfiles. The .zip-file contains the component as well as a short description (info.txt) and a small demo.

This is a new version of TSP Solver that was revised, redesigned and some bugs were fixed. TSP Solver is a program that solves the famous Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) of the graph theory. It gives you the option of using the Heuristic or the Exhaustive algorithm, it calculates the optimal cost and measures the time and the flop of the algorithm. It also creates graphs of the results that are very usefull for the study of the problem and that can be saved as Bitmaps or copied to clipboard. The source of the project and the EXE file are included. No external component or package required! Includes a useful html document that explains what the TSP is.
