TMessageDlg is an enhanced MessageDlg component. All of the parameters of the MessageDlg function in Delphi have been implemented along with numerous additional properties such as a "Don't show me this again." checkbox, a timeout value that will automatically close the dialog after a defined number of seconds. The ModalResult gets stored in the registry or an INI file. It's modal and modeless. It contains a TGauge component that can be used to show the progress of something else going on in your application.

This unit provides various components, classes and routines for handling Windows shell folders.

It contains:

a component that provides information about a specified special shell folder,
a class that enumerates all the special shell folders,
routines to manipulate special shell folder information,
a component that encapsulates the Windows Browse for Folder dialog box and permits a large degree of customization,
a property editor for special shell folder identifiers.

A OpenHelp compatible help file is included for integration with Delphi 4 to 7 IDEs. Help file can be used idenpendently with Delphi 2005/6.

A fully documented demo program is included.

HKProgressbar is a completely different approach to long loops that you might do sometime. You set up the component and it starts your process in a different thread, so you can continue using your program if wanted. If you want, a progress bar is shown, optionally with a cancel button. This way you can implement with very little code secondary threads, that can handle a cancel from the user. Can adopt to every situation. TPBPrinterSetupDialog is a TPrinterSetupDialog component with capability of getting/setting printersetup-values (orientation, papersize etc) at designtime and runtime. Settings can be saved so users don't have to setup the printer every time they run your program. Standard PrinterSetupDialog is used as propertyeditor. At runtime you can switch between 4 setuptypes: stDefault (like standard PrinterSetupDialog), stInitial (settings set at designtime), stSaved (user defined settings saved) and stUser (settings set when the dialog has executed).
