Run time form editor, with component creating and sizing capabilities (including databas components), run time object inspector using the TPropertyEditor defined in delphi or by user. The program is able load and save form.
As the code seems to interest a lot of people, I release a shareware unit of the editor for 40$. The full code is also available for 80$ with a lot of comment and many sample programs. If you are interested just ask by email.
