Novatex's PortPoker: a 32bit device driver and 32bit DLL designed for easy programming of a parallel port. This version contains a Delphi example program and include files for Delphi and Builder to access the functions in the DLL. The example program's source code IS included. PortPoker lets you read/write directly to the hardware and receive a windows message when an IRQ is generated by the port. The device driver works with Windows 95/98.
