TRuler is a descendant of TCustomPanel that implements in a single component the behavior of the ruler from the RichEdit demo program. This allows for the indentation of an associated TRichEdit to be adjusted with a minimum of difficulty. Most uses of this component would seem to require only one or two lines of code.
