This component can change the application Locale properties at run-time, these properties are frequently used from the standard VCL library. A Locale property usually consists of specification on how to display Date, Time and Currency. It also specifies other information related to either the locale or the language of the locale. It is commonly desired to always work with the locale setting of the end user machine, however this component enables you to change locale settings at run-time to provide a multi language application. It can also change the locale of the thread under Windows NT which enables the application to load multi language resources from resource DLL's. This component is very useful to display date and monetary in any language, changable at run-time to both provide multi language applications, but also multi language reports.
A license with full source code for US$ 49. This component is also included in the complete Multi Language Designer package.
