The control can be incorporated into any programming environment that supports ActiveX controls (e.g. ASP, Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft Access, Borland Delphi, Borland C++ Builder). This control is shareware. Registered version has no nag-screen and doesn't add a text at the beginning of every message to be sent.

Product description

SMSC Relay ActiveX SDK library is a set of optimized ActiveX components enabling quick creation of applications implementing the communication with the SMSC through TCP/IP protocol. The components are created so as to give the widest range of features of the communication with the SMSC and the highest possible efficiency and simplicity of implementation. Implementation of components in ActiveX technology allows them be used in wide range of programming environments.

It consists of four components. Each of them implements one communication protocol. The set of functions and functionality that are made accessible by components are unified between protocols, and consequently the process of creating applications is simplified to a maximum. Multithreading implementation of components ensures achievement of maximum possible efficiency of sending and receiving messages in communication with the SMSC.

Adapt-X Engine SDK
The Adapt-X Engine SDK allows developers adding DirectX plug-in and DMO support to their own applications. This SDK includes C++ and Delphi interfaces to the Adapt-X Engine DLL, as well as sample source code of using the engine in both Microsoft Visual C++ and Borland Delphi.

The Engine itself, AdaptX30.DLL, benefits from the extensive testing of thousands of users in products such as the Adapt-X Winamp plug-in, which can be freely downloaded from the Winamp web site.

An evaluation version of the SDK for Delphi developers is available for download. Unlike the commercial version, it doesn't include the C++ interfaces (it will in a near future). The evaluation SDK ships with an special version of the engine that introduces audible clicks every two seconds. That's its only functional limitation.
