TAnimExplorerButton is a Delphi 2.0 visual component, derived from 
TGraphicControl, and looks just like the buttons in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The new cool thing is that except a picture, it can display an animation. Live, 
cool, eye-catching, flicker-free animations, which can be looped, reversed, even 
played back and forth - the choice is yours. There are enough properties to allow 
you create half a dozen different buttons.
