PRODUCT OVERVIEW

VCL Wizard is a program, whose purpose is to simplify the development 
of VCL components for Delphi.
VCL Wizard is not a code generator in the traditional sense.
It is a tool that is designed to create the framework of an 
application that creates VCL components for Delphi.

Component Development Wizard for creation VCL's
with Delphi. Allows simple definition standard and custom
properties, standard and custom events, standard and custom 
methods and custom exceptions without coding.
Suport all Delphi features.
Automatically creates licence,help and test program files.

Limited shareware version.

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------
VCL Wizard requires Windows 3.1 or a 100% compatible operating
system, an 80386 or newer processor, and 4Mb of system memory. 
Installation requires approximately 1.0Mb of disk space.

VCL Wizard has been tested under Windows 3.1, Windows for Workgroups
3.11, Windows NT 3.5, and Windows 95.


INSTALLATION
------------
To start the installation, run the SETUP.EXE program.


DEMONSTRATION PROGRAMS
----------------------
Here's an overview of the example programs located in 
the \VCL_WZRD\SAMPLES directory:

  \BMPFILM  - Simple use of Timer, Picture and Integer type property.
  \EXPAND   - Simple use of LZExpand library and TStrings property.
  \REDGREEN - Simple use of Graphic control and TValue type property.
